We had an exciting addition to the showroom this month, the Prusa Core One!
So the print of the month is a brilliant excuse to give it a good run! Lets be honest, we have all seen a Prusa print PLA before, but seeing as the Core One is a fully enclosed machine, what I really wanted to know was how well it handled higher temperature materials. So for this month's print of the month, I decided to solve a problem in the warehouse, and design some scanner belt clips that I could make out of ABS and give the Prusa a good test.
The idea behind this project was that I wanted to come up with a solution for when picking orders and managing stock in the warehouse. It's often a pain to always have a scanner in your hand when lifting boxes and moving things around. This means you're always having to put the scanner down to do anything and once you have put it down, it's easy to forget where you have put it or get - James Bell - June 26, 2025
Print Of The Month - June 2025 Edition
We have had a bit of a heatwave this week, the sun shining and it seems summer is in full swing! We have been longing for a good day at the beach here in the office so we were inspired to print some beach games to take with us next time we have some time off. Now is the perfect time to get outside and enjoy the beach, the park, or even just the backyard, so for our print of the month this month, we wanted to try something fun.
After spending some time on Makerworld we found the AeroBlade Frisbee by

We had a VIP in the office this month, My great uncle David. David worked for a printing company when he was younger. I had often had conversations with him about 3D printing and he had always taken a lot of interest in the work that I do. So now that we have the new showroom set up in our new warehouse we thought it would be a good time for him to come in for a visit, check out some of the new printers and see what it was all about.

The last couple of months have been a bit hectic here. A lot has been going on with moving to the new warehouse and getting the new website up and running, so for this month's print of the month I wanted to do something that was a bit fun and whimsical, so what better than a fidget toy!

This month’s “Print of the Month” is a practical one—at least for me! From February 20th to 23rd, the ExCeL Centre in London will be hosting the highly anticipated Pokémon European International Championships. I’ll be competing in the TCG Masters division, and of course, I want to look my best while doing so. So, I’ve got myself a custom 3D-printed deck box (designed by @AstroPrints3D) to keep all my essentials organized in style!
The deck box is printed in the iconic Red, White, and Black—classic Pokéball colors. It’s designed to hold everything I’ll need during the tournament, from my deck to dice and condition markers, all securely fastened with magnets to prevent any mishaps. To tackle the challenge of printing in multiple colors, I decided to give the K2 Plus Combo its first real test in our new office space.
To streamline the process while we’re still settling

Earlier this month, we celebrated World Braille Day, an important occasion dedicated to raising awareness about the significance of the Braille alphabet for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.
To further support this cause, we’ve created and printed a practical Braille alphabet guide designed to help anyone interested in learning Braille.
We made sure to use high-contrast colors, ensuring that the lettering is as clear and readable as possible, particularly for those experiencing early stages of sight loss.
This project was printed on our trusted Bambu Lab X1 Carbon, enhanced with a new upgrade we picked up at SMRRF 2024 in December: the Diamondback 0.4mm hotend! (Big thanks to Georgia for that one!)
The entire print took approximately 5 hours to complete and used about 180g of filament, producing a tool that’s not only functional

'Tis the season to spread joy, and what better way to celebrate than by giving back in a truly unique way! For this month's Print of the Month, I decided to lend a hand to my talented barber and help him decorate his Christmas tree— but not just any tree decoration. This time, I got creative and designed the perfect tree topper... using 3D printing, of course!
Instead of a typical star, I set out to find something that would make a statement. After browsing Makerworld, I stumbled upon a fantastic STL file for a Barber Pole lamp, and it was the perfect fit! To make sure it would sit nicely atop the tree, I added a 6cm diameter hole to the base piece, allowing it to securely perch on the tree.

Happy Halloween everyone!!!
For this print of the month we decided on this spooky, gravity defying ghost printed on the brand new Anycubic Kobra 3 with the ACE Pro filament system.
