Print Of The Month - Halloween Edition 2025

???? One Last Spooky Post Before Christmas
Before we trade pumpkins for peppermint and spooky vibes for sparkling lights, I couldn’t resist sharing one final Halloween creation—because some prints are simply too good to pack away with the decorations.

This Pumpkin Skull Halloween Mask by Salewski3D is exactly that. A perfect fusion of jack-o’-lantern charm and skull-like menace, it looks like something straight out of a haunted patch deep in October. If you want to check out or print the model yourself, you’ll find it here:

For this print, I used a K2 Plus for the main body, which handled the large, smooth pumpkin curves beautifully. The stem was printed separately on a Bambu Lab P1S, giving it that crisp, sharp detail that really finishes the look.

Print settings:

Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Layer height: 0.2 mm
Infill: 15% Gyroid
Material: Creality Hyper PLA

This mask was printed in 2 parts, the main body of the mask was printed on the K2 Plus and the stem was printed on our P1S. You can just fit the main body of the mask on a P1S if you get it at the right angle, but it is a tight fit. Both were using creality Hyper PLA and gave the whole piece that vibrant, candy-orange and green look—almost good enough to eat (but, you know… don’t).

Even though Halloween has wrapped up for the year, this mask feels like the ideal bridge between spooky season and the festivity ahead. It’s dramatic, playful, and definitely a head-turner—whether worn or displayed.

So here’s to one last spooky post before Christmas… until next year’s hauntings begin! ????✨

We will do our best to bring you more things to print in the future, but for now, you can try out our 3D Prima fidget gear, which has always been a popular favorite at shows we attend!
