Free Next Working Day Delivery: Available on orders over £60 for customers in mainland UK (excluding Channel Islands and Northern Ireland).
Next Working Day Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12 PM Mon–Fri are processed the same day. Orders after 12 PM are processed the next working day.
Processing Times: A working day is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Please allow additional time during busy periods.
Tracking Info: Tracking details are sent upon dispatch. Please allow time for tracking to activate before contacting us.

Delivery FAQs
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on the service, your location, the weight of the items, and whether you qualify for free next working day delivery. To get the most accurate shipping price, simply add your items to the basket and proceed to checkout — all available delivery options and costs will be shown there.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 PM on working days (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends are processed the next working day.
Which courier will deliver my order?
Small items are typically sent via Royal Mail. Printers and larger items may be shipped via DPD, FedEx, UPS, or Palletways, depending on weight, size, and location.
How can I track my delivery?
You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched. You can also use tools like 17Track or ParcelsApp for multi-courier tracking.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries may be available for some services at an additional cost — please contact us to check availability.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@3dprima.co.uk. Include clear photographic evidence of the packaging and the item, and if possible, any supporting footage (e.g. doorbell cam). The sooner we receive this, the quicker we can assist you with a resolution.
What if my order hasn’t arrived or is marked as lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived and the courier marks it as lost or delivered incorrectly, please email us at info@3dprima.co.uk. In most cases, the courier will request a Denial of Receipt form from you. We’ll assist you through this process and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What does the stock status mean?
On each product page, you'll see a stock status shown just below the item price. Here's what they mean:
- In Stock: The item is physically in our UK warehouse and available for immediate dispatch. Orders placed before 12 PM Mon–Fri will qualify for Next Working Day delivery to mainland UK.
- Out of Stock: The item is not currently available and cannot be purchased.
- ETA 1–3 Days / 7 Days / 14 Days: These items are not in stock but are on the way. The ETA shown is an estimated time of arrival from our supplier and may vary slightly. These items are still buyable but will not qualify for next-day delivery.
- Available on Backorder (No ETA): The item is temporarily unavailable but can still be ordered. There is no confirmed delivery date yet — we will update you as soon as we receive stock information.
If the stock status says anything other than In Stock, please note that delivery may be delayed and next-day shipping will not apply.
