Filament & Resin

ThermaX PEI 9085 is a premium filament made using ULTEM 9085 resin from Sabic. This resin is FAA-approved for FST applications (Flame/Smoke/Toxicity) and meets FAR 25.853 and OSU 65/65 standards.

Introducing 3DXSTAT ESD PA12, a premium filament designed for demanding industrial environments. Crafted from a specialized Nylon 12 (PA12) combined with a carbon nanotube (CNT) matrix, this material excels in printability, thermal properties, and chemical resistance, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

3DXSTAT ESD-PETG is an easy to use ESD-Safe filament formulated for a wide array of applications that require electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection and enhanced chemical resistance. Made using high flow PETG copolymer and CNTs to offer exceptional repeatability and reliability.

CarbonX PETG+CF is made using high-flow PETG and premium high-modulus carbon fiber. This material offers ease of printing, strength & stiffness, excellent dimensional stability, and an amazing surface finish.

CarbonX ABS+CF is made using our high-flow ABS and premium high-modulus carbon fiber. This material offers ease of printing, strength & stiffness, excellent dimensional stability, and an amazing surface finish.

CarbonX ASA+CF is made using our popular ASA compounded with high-modulus carbon fiber. This material offers excellent UV-stability, matte surface finish, ease of printing, strength & stiffness, coupled with superior dimensional stability. We found our new favorite material to print structural parts!

Firewire® ABS-FR is a premium UL94 V-0 rated ABS that allows for printing of functional prototypes and production parts. This material is ideal for printing electrical housings, connectors, or any part that requires thermal properties up to 95°C and flame retardant ABS characteristics.

ThermaX PEEK (PolyEtherEtherKetone) is one of the highest-performance polymers in world. PEEK has exceptional mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties making it a go-to material in some of the most demanding applications.

ThermaX PEKK-A (PolyEtherKetoneKetone) is made using Arkema Kepstan® PEKK 60/40 copolymer and is one of the highest performance materials in the world while also being one of the easiest to print ultra-polymers.

CarbonX PEEK+CF20 Ultra Polymer is formulated using 20% chopped carbon fiber and Victrex PEEK resin. Our PEKK+CF20 offers exceptional thermal properties up to 280°C as well as outstanding mechanical and chemical resistance properties.
