PrimaCreator nFEP film is engineered by blending the benefits of FEP and PTFE, creating an exceptionally smooth and non-stick surface. This design reduces the risk of printed objects detaching improperly or sticking to the vat, ensuring more successful prints.

Reduced Strain, Longer Life

Because objects release more easily, less force is required during the lift phase of each curing cycle. This reduces strain on the printer’s motor and minimizes bending stress on the film itself, allowing the nFEP sheet to last longer before wearing out.

Optimized Print Quality

Compared to standard FEP films, nFEP offers a smoother surface and higher light transmittance (95%). This ensures better curing accuracy and improved print detail, delivering reliable results across multiple print jobs.

Convenient and Versatile

Supplied as a 30 × 160 cm roll, the nFEP sheet can easily be cut to fit a wide variety of resin 3D printers. One roll provides:

• 16 sheets for 5.5"–6.1" LCD printers (140 × 200 mm)

• 8 sheets for 8.9" LCD printers (200 × 260 mm)

• 6 sheets for 10.1" LCD printers (240 × 300 mm)

• 4 sheets for 13.3" LCD printers (260 × 380 mm)

Each sheet is packaged with protective films on both sides and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube to prevent scratches and wrinkles.
