Advanced Smoothing Technology

The Polysher uses Polymakers proprietary Layer-Free technology to apply a fine mist of isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which evenly smooths the surface of 3D printed models by dissolving outer layer lines. This post-processing method produces a clean, glossy finish, significantly improving the visual quality of prints without compromising details.

Easy to Use

Operating the Polysher is intuitive: simply place your model inside the sealed chamber, use the rotary dial to select a misting duration between 10 and 40 minutes, and let the machine do the rest. The adjustable timing allows you to tailor the process depending on the size and complexity of the model. The maximum object size that can fit inside the chamber is 150 mm in diameter and 180 mm in height, making it suitable for most desktop 3D prints.

Smart and Safe Design

Built with safety in mind, the Polysher features an airtight chamber that effectively contains alcohol vapors during operation. Once the cycle is complete, the unit automatically shuts off to ensure safe handling. The Polysher™ operates best at ambient temperatures between 15 and 32 degrees and is powered by a universal AC input (100-240 V), making it compatible with outlets worldwide. It is compact and practical, with outer dimensions of 230 x 240 x 380 mm-ideal for any workspace.
