I had an issue with a broken door, which Creality resolved directly in a very short time. However like a number of other users I am having ongoing issues with its ability to print due to ongoing system errors. We can only hope Creality find resolutions for these ongoing errors.

Excellent prints. Not as fast as reviews say as all the preamble takes time. Very easy to load and the pause when filament runs out is a good feature. Everything is different to my CR5 so takes time to learn, but not too long. Sorted after a few days and going very well now. Really super 4 colour 5 piece print 5 at a time. Very clever.

It was a shame that it took 6 months for the creality printer to be delivered. However, technology outlet answered promptly to any enquiries I sent them. They also offered a refund option due to the multiple extended delivery dates. The delivery by DPD was super fast when they finally received our order and the packaging of the printer was excellent. We’re glad we stuck with the order and are very impressed with the printer.
