AMS Connection Requirements by Printer Series

• A Series: To connect the A series printer to AMS, AMS 2 Pro, or AMS HT, an AMS Hub (SA013) is required.

• X1 / P1 Series:

  • When connecting one AMS HT, a PTFE tube coupler (FAZ006), 4-pin cable (CAB002-N), and Filament Buffer (SA003) are required.

  • When connecting multiple AMS units (including AMS HT, AMS, AMS 2 Pro), a PTFE tube coupler (FAZ006), 4-pin cable (CAB002-N), and AMS Hub (SA002-N) are recommended.

• P2 Series:

  • When connecting fewer than 3 AMS units (including AMS HT, AMS, AMS 2 Pro), a Filament Buffer – P2S (SA011) and a Bambu Bus Cable (CAB035) are required.

  • When connecting more than 2 AMS units (including AMS 2 Pro, AMS HT), a Filament Buffer – P2S (SA011), a Bambu Bus Cable (CAB035), and a 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter (FAZ013-N) are required.

• H2S: When connecting more than one AMS unit (including AMS 2 Pro, AMS HT), a 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter (FAZ013-N) is required.

• H2D / H2C: When connecting more than 2 AMS units (including AMS 2 Pro, AMS HT), a 4-in-1 PTFE Adapter  (FAZ013-N) is required.
