Description
Buy PrimaSelect ASA+ (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) filament for your 3D printer
Use PrimaSelect ASA+ (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) 3D printer filament for tough conditions. ASA+ has been specially developed for use in demanding environments. The material is UV and water resistant, has high thermal stability and improved chemical resistance. ASA ist often used in the automotive industry. If you're looking for a tougher replacement for ABS, ASA+ is ideal! ASA+ has a matt glossy surface that is perfect for technical 3D printing. When you 3D print ASA+, you see all the object details.
Your advantages of ASA+ filament:
- UV, water, heat and chemical resistance
- Optimized material properties compared to ABS
- Used in automotive and marine industries
- 3D print PrimaSELECT ASA relatively easy
- Manufactured in Europe using state-of-the-art production technology
- PrimaSELECT™ - When Quality Counts!
UV resistant
ASA+ can withstand UV light 10x better than ABS. This makes ASA+ perfect for outdoor parts that are exposed to the sun. 3D print end use parts with your 3D printer now.
High Resistance
Higher long-term heat resistance and better chemical resistance. ASA+ 3D printer filament is much more resistant to environmental influences than most other materials. It has therefore been used in the automotive and marine industries for many years.
3D printing with ASA+
If you can process ABS with your 3D printer, you can also produce with ASA+. Process the material at a temperature of approx. 230 - 255 ° C. Set your build platform to approx. 80 - 100 ° C. This material is ideal for applications such as car parts, garden furniture, technical components, sensor housings or 3D prints where a glossy surface is not desired.
Tip
3D print at the upper end of the temperature scale to get a more resilient end product.
